I see the Isle of Wight is being left in the EU  Smiley

No doubt it could still hold the whole population of the EU if they fancied a British seaside holiday......... (now the world's population has got too big for this popular myth)

Ha, superb.

I could rant for hours on the gluten free topic.  So many parents seem to wish allergies/intollerences on their kids for the most spurious of reasons.  It must be disheartening for those whose kids could genuinely die if their kids ate a peanut to have hundreds of cranks holding onto their coat tails.

Agree, but it was the book at the bottom of the photo that tickled me. Your sentiments exactly, I guess.

One of my daughters is coeliac and tbh I couldn't care less how many people decide to 'remove wheat from their diet' for imaginary reasons. Of course they are not achieving this by avoiding bread, cakes, etc as wheat and the other culprits are ingredients in just about everything. If anything, though, their paranoia increases awareness that some people can't handle gluten, so restaurant staff, for example, aren't so thrown when you ask strange questions, such as what catering brands they use and whether they cook their chips in the same oil as other foods or separately.
