Got a couple of questions about this team event
To me the amount of chips awarded to the final table is unfair compared to say 40th to 49th (55000) its like half the total amount of 1st place (100000). But if you get to the final table you only get 1000 chips extra for each place. There seems to be an unbalance here imo you should get rewarded extra for getting to the ft.
So the table suggests that 40th will get 55000 chips in the daily major, now will this still be awarded if only 100 people enter or will there need to be 400 people to enter to activate the 40th to 49th places? Otherwise half the field are going to get a huge amount of chips compared to the ft % wise.
If this is the case 40th getting 55000 chips with only 100 people entering then i can see a lot of teams qualifying really quickly and the amount of chips being brought to the club is going to be massive. I know they get divided up but its still going to be a lot of chips in play, so i guess the blinds will be quite big at the start of the live event to counter this?
Here is the chip table, if its attached correctly never did it before
Thanks for the feedback, will take it away and review.
Will the points structure remain as advertised? I agree with the above feedback, will play either way though. Thanks

for teams formed from here or other poker groupings
DTD are doing a "Battle of the Bands" promo as part of the new team challenge. All the details are below.
If you are intending to be part of a team in the challenge, there's no downside to it.
As part of the UK Team Challenge the team at Dusk Till Dawn are introducing a separate promotion as follows:
Battle of the Bands
band noun (GROUP)
› [C, + sing/pl verb] a group of people who share the same interests or beliefs, or who have joined together for a special purpose:
So this is open to teams formed via forums, poker groups on facebook, poker websites, staking groups etc
There are the following prizes:
1. If a “Band” team wins the UK Team Challenge they receive an extra £1,000 prize money each.
2 The best placed finishing “Band” team (if they don’t win it) gets an extra £500 prize money each.
3 If a “Band” player wins the Star Player, they receive an extra £1,000 prize money
4 The best placed finishing “Band” player in the Star Player promotion gets an extra £500 prize money (if they don’t win it)
The rules for eligibility are as follows:
1. Teams must contain the name of their Band in the name, examples below:
a.blonde poker bombshells
b.blondepoker United
c.blondepoker Celtic
d.Real blondepoker
etc
2. A minimum of 10 Band teams need to be submitted by 1st August 2015 in order for this promotion to run.
“Band” teams should register in the normal way at the link given above and we will operate the competition for the sub-set of teams affiliated to the forum, website, facebook group etc
It would help if you send me the name of any team you form to make sure all the teams are accounted for the band promotion

Yes you can
teams can be between 2-4 players at the start
there are plenty of single players looking for teams on the facebook forum
