Great result for Wednesday today.

Looks like a Friday night first leg semi final at Hillsborough.

Anything from here on is bonus territory.

Good luck! As a Swans fan, the play-offs is what I miss the most. Everything on the line and it will be an electric atmosphere.

Thanks, should be a sell out. Tickets £20 each which is a tremendous gesture when they could fill it at double the price.

At £20, even Aaron will be there!!

I am obviously glad we made the top 6, but my same opinion stands really. It was again our second half performance that won us the game. We are 90% likely to get 6th now and I would like us to avoid Burnley tbh.

I made the decision at the start of the season not to attend the home game out of principle, that means I don't go when they are £52, neither do I go when they are £20, if offered a free ticket, I would turn it up. Instead I will very likely go to whoever we play, away. Then Wembley. Diffuclt to miss the home tie, but oh well.

Boro screwed by incompetent officials first you miean.

Still, the best home record in the league, knowing a win gets us up against a team we beat 3-0 earlier in the season.

I will take that

Always find it laughable when fans blame the officials. Especially when the Brum goalie did his level best to give you the win on a platter.

Well I have sympathy for Boro here and in fact the  fans of any club when a perfectly good goal for their team  is disallowed. "Luck" in other areas or previous games is irrelevant.

Doesnt look like such a bad point on Friday now!

Dunk getting sent off there is the height of stupidity.

Not overly impressed with Brighton today really, if they play like that at the Riverside Boro will pick them apart.

Perfect end to the game but our worst performance from the last couple of months though. Will give us a nice boost for Saturday. Greer club captain more than capable replacement.

Can see us beating an out of form boro side who haven't won in 3 and needed 94th min winners against Bolton and reading. But same time can see us a last minute goal for us or them !

Heading up north on the Friday, could be a sick sick weekend.

Undefeated in 8, against a team that has to attack us. Only conceded 7 goals at home and Brighton love an away draw Smiley

Burnley losing both their games could be fun though

You like a draw away from home though Smiley

Will be nice seeing a side coming to the Riverside and attacking us.

Have watched quite a bit of both teams this year and if this was on a neutral ground I'd have Brighton as favourites. However, at home Boro should have enough to hold on for a draw. Looking forward to the game either way. Will be excellent as a neutral!

Yep, that was the game that broke their long unbeaten run but for the last few games of that run they looked like they were playing not to lose, rather than going out to win. Boro were in better form at that point too, seemingly. Perversely, I think the addition of Rhodes actually hindered Boro. Seemed more cohesive prior to his arrival.

It will be a nervy game I think.

Rhodes has settled in now, scoring goals and I think him, Ramirez and Adomah will have too much going forward.

Got to be confident in these situations. A full house at home, it's what you would ask for in this situation.

Indeed.

Last time we got promoted was in 1979 in the North East when we had to win and we were playing in yellow and our main centre back was out. Same again this time round, north east, yellow kit, main centre back out.

Are your fans confident then?

Ours are a mix between over confident and total pessimism.

I keep jumping between the 2!
