a)    The 20 past the hour Grand Prix Cent Rolls will now start at 10 minutes past the hour.

So the Cent Rolls run at 16:00 and 16:10, and 18:00 and 18:10.

b)  the “Registration cut off time” (the thing that means min runners have to be in 3 mins before) is now 1 min before on:
