the 6pm flight is a 20 minute clock

this is because the gaming licence granted for old trafford finishes nightly at 2am

Just had a wholly unsatisfying experience whilst attempting to play tonight. I played the online leg, and when I bust wished to re-enter. I had the holding tank for the live leg tomorrow open to see if any of my friends were playing tomorrow and when I went to re-enter the online leg accidentally clicked the live one.

I got in touch with live support and they basically told me there was nothing there could do. I asked if they could supply me a token to re-enter the online leg and I would forfeit the live entry. They point blank refused and said there was nothing they could do. I know it's only $109 but this has made my blood boil. It seems they have a situation that the software does not allow them to fix but with a little common sense it could easily be resolved and leave me a happy customer playing a fantastic tournament with an opportunity to play at my team's ground on Sunday.

Instead of that, I am angry, frustrated and feel ripped off. Congratulations Party and DTD, you have my entry that I cannot play because of an honest mistake. It will be the last entry Party get off me as I have insta-withdrew my funds and they will no longer be receiving any of my custom.

Apologies for the rant, but needed to get that off my chest.
