Pushed my movements a bit for March. Still in for 3 sessions a week full body, but the first leg/back/push are 5 sets now to try and build a bit more volume. First session today of
5x6 Split squats 24kg DB's 5x6e OAR 38kgs 5x6-8 DB OHP 26kgs.
All of which I thought would be a lot easier than it was. Actually pretty tough and still feel very depleted now.
3x8-10 leg press 3x8-10 LP 3x8-10 Bench
2x15 Cable Flyes.
I do have five set of DL scheduled for some point this week, but reps are 3-5, not sure I will get 5 lots of 5 just read.

Had got to sub 14stone but two weeks in Vegas put paid to that.
Only managed three half-sessions at the gym and the dietary good intentions gradually went out the window as per.
Leftover Haribos and water for breakfast one morning. Florentines are just too good also. Likewise peanut butter and tomato sandwiches.
Still to find a decent Vegas gym for cardio stuff. There's a rumour of a rowing machine at Palms but whether it'e true I've no idea.
Which Haribo? Pretty sure there is only one real answer, potentially room for negotiation on a second. I like the eggy one. Starmix was voted the UK's favourite sweet of all time on a recent Channel 5 documentary. Think it was a documentary. Had Rylan counting down from 100 to No.1. Felt official.

Starmix are the guvnors! I do like the big strawbs, and cola bottles, though. Nice work all. Especially Chompy joining me on the lazy express. I don't have Vegas as an excuse, though

Quite disappointed and shocked that Starmix is getting more attention than Tangfastics.
Don't want to throw accusations around here buuuut...
What's everyone top three sweet?
Tanfastics Skittles Fruity Pops Lolly (I did have to google the name of them)
Surely its not even that close on those three?

Been so long since I've had tangfastics I cannot remember. I'm a Starmix soldier, though.
Will have to see if I can get some for next week.
Never had bubblegum bottles.

Haribo way overrated imo. German muck. Wouldn't have any of them in the top ten.
Liquorice allsorts are pure sugar but still no.1 imo.
Off all of them for the time being though. Need to get ripped again.
