Too few years surely?  They would have played every season so there would be 23 games?

Arsenal v Stoke currently standing at P7 W7 in Premier League years.

Although the last point for Stoke at Emirates/Highbury being in 1981 is impressively long.

We need the team that has had exactly 13 EPL seasons in 24 years.  I am assuming that is likely to be a team like Leicester or WBA.

Fulham? Villa fans at work used to moan about playing them.

Obviously the current team is the team with 13 wins?  The other team is highly likely to be Fulham/mboro or Bolton then?  Wigan maybe?

I am going with Fulham as the other team.  Correct?  betfair sponsored them in their first EPL season around 2001.  So i would imagine they played 13 seasons in the EPL.
