Brett seems poor. Demotivates his team whilst going on about having exacting and high standards before completely messing up finding out what the actual task was. He got very lucky he sailed home or the chewing gum debacle would have been the reason he had gone. It really was shoddy and he strikes me as someone desperate to fit in with the buzzwords rather than someone who is good at business. At least when April used the term upsell, she did so correctly. How Elle hoped to win when she is happy to confess her job involves convincing people she knows what she is doing. Absolute incompetence that should cost her, her real job.

Richard is going to win and set up.some sort of beige curtain marketing firm that will tilt me enough to not watch any more till next year.

Regards regretfully, rfg.

I thought this, if I was her boss I would have been busy photo shopping Big Al Shugz and her P45 ready for the morning.

Pretty sure that Elle was planning an exit from that job anyway - 21 years old, pretty, got herself an agent, don't think she was planning on going back.

God only knows. The agent has got one hell of a job on his/her hands, she is a right dumpling.

Yeah, pretty, though I didn't really see it until she was on You're Fired - on the show itself she always wore bad clothes and had a grumpy face.

Such a silly task.

May as well ask them to play a 7-a-side football game against each other and fire the one with the lowest pass completion percentage (hopefully bret)

Daft.

Regards Ric.

I quite liked the task - quick bit  of marketing, needed a reasonably quick decision about what the group was actually capable of doing. Then pricing, selling, leading, managing,  doing etc

Thought it was a lot less contrived than many of the tasks

I enjoyed the episode from a purely entertainment standpoint.

Felt the task was too specialised. For example, I thought that Joseph was the only one to come out of it well and that's because he was pretty handy with a saw and hammer.  You could either be the project manager and take decent jobs/take shit jobs using common sense/no common sense or you could be a worker with the skills to either sink or swim.  Not much scope for excelling in a business capacity in my opinion.

And also, Sugartits sets a task requiring handywork, a guy can't put a shelf up, everyone has a piss laugh about it in the boardroom and then he gets fired anyway. What was that all about?

This series is the first time I've had to turn away from the telly on more than one occasion because I can't stand to look at someone making a pure tit of themselves.  Usually bret who I find loathsome.

Regards,

Ric

I am really struggling to think of four who will get to the interviews

what about you?

David will make it too, he's solid. Think Richard might not from your list.

One of my favourite bets I have this year is that if someone in your drafted team gets fired with the line "with regret" or "regretfully" then you win £25 Cheesy

Often Sugar sympathises with / relates to a candidate like he did with Mergim, and you can see it coming, but last night it just came out of nowhere - Posh boy Sam, not really shown any potential and the clear choice to go - for some reason was fired "regretfully", I was loving it. Dave and Stato, not so much "D
