According to local press Boro now looking to bring in McCormack for 10m, Matt Philips for about 6-8 and Gaston Ramirez as well.

Looks

like he is totally revamping our front line, and Ramirez and Phillips are good enough for the premier league too IMO.

Exciting times!

Bradley Dack could probably be picked up for £1.5m by someone. Comedy watching them try to nick him for £1m. Some player.

Is this a done deal?  The mighty WD Sport still claiming Watford are a key runner in this deal last night but if he's at medical stage then I assume we aren't.

Hopefully this means we go for Montero.

Update:  WD Sports have now made up some (like) nonsense about why Watford pulled out to save face.

That will likely trigger Fabbrini moving to Birmingham for £1.5 million on a perm (Boro will now agree to cancel loan).

Yep, he said his goodbye's on Saturday.

Can look very good in fleeting glimpses, then make you want to punch him in the next moment.

AMEOBI OFFER IN VAIN

Shola Ameobi has offered to play for Bolton for free until the end of the season, but the Championship club cannot take the striker up on the offer, according to the Bolton News.

Bolton are under transfer embargo, meaning they cannot sign any contracts registered with the Football League.

Ameobi's contract expire at the weekend, having scored in Bolton's 3-1 win over MK Dons.

Watford sign Mario Suarez from Fiorentina for 4.5 million plus significant add ons. Looks a bargain.

how do m'boro and Derby do it? They must be fiddling their way past ffp.

we could do with a couple more signing imo, but I don't think we can spend as much as the others!

I have no clue, I'm not concerning myself with that lol.

Who is it you support? You sound like Sean Dyche!

Boro one of 3 teams to have a loan bid accepted for Pritchard from Spurs . He would be an awesome addition.

Pritch should come back to Brentford. Excelled last time and would start every game as the fulcrum of the team. Makes sense to me from a development perspective.
