I strongly dispute the answer to 13.
Optometry is merely the measuring of eyesight.
Ophthalmology is "the branch of medicine concerned with the study and treatment of disorders and diseases of the eye."
This. FARCE. (Also excellent quiz) Wouldn't have helped me overall, but agreed. Just checked and I put "opthalmics" (which may be a word that I made up) so probably wouldn't have helped me either. |

(Also excellent quiz) Wouldn't have helped me overall, but agreed. +1 Having thought that I'd fall at the first hurdle, my joy was duly converted to despair (well, something like that) when I fell at the second (thinking I'd clear it). Thoroughly enjoyed testing my knowledge without reference to mr Google, and impressed with the general knowledge skillz of blonde. Good luck to all those still standing. |
