Some finish to the event with a 5 man play off and Lorenzo Vera finishing a shot behind in a tie for 6th. Great for the pre game ew bets but no good for the in running ew bet at the 66/1, which was 5 places.
Frustrating but have to be happy with 5 birdies on the back 9 to nick a place on the last hole of the comp.

FYP Great tip tho. Cheers Glad we got a bit back. Next week Xander Schauffle is down to play in Germany Adz as his dad is half German. And his dad is quite a character so have to think Xander will be keen to win it for him too. Will have to see what the prices are tho ;o) Patrick Reed, Kuchar, Sabbatini, Merritt, Casey in the field too so a promising start to the new end of season Euro Tour schedule leading up to the DP World Championship. Does feel weird to have the BMW at Wentworth and the French Open at Paris National so late in the season tho. |

The women on the LPGA tour are almost all ridiculously slow and I can't remember a single instance of a warning for slow play.
JB Holmes must be a pain to play with; remember what he did to Alex Noren a couple of years ago in the final 3-ball.
The amount of time he took to play his opening iron-shot from the first tee yesterday was already verging on the ridiculous.

Very strong field for the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth in it's new Autumn slot, and with McIlroy top-priced 11/2 there's plenty of value around.
I'm on Matt Wallace @30/1 and Thomas Pieters @45/1 both ew 1/5 1-7, also darts thrown at Bobby McIntyre @110 and Hau-tong Li @95.
