That was one of the things that put me off Ebdon as a player - those constant "come on"'s at maximum volume. Yes, we don't want snooker devalued by that nonsense. Maybe a bit of a celebration after winning the final, but not at 1-1. |

The Masters Snooker had started, usually an enjoyable watch.
Luca Brecel turned up in the arena with TWO cues - one for potting, the other for defensive shots. Not sure I've ever seen that before.
A recording of the game is currently being shown on BBC2. Virgo is commentating though.

Williams v Selby was a classic.
The kick that Selby got when the score was 5-3 undoubtedly cost him the match. He must have been gutted but didn't bat an outward eyelid.
I loved it when Williams stole the cue ball. Everyone knew except the referee.
