Shouldn't have been offside. Came off Milner, rather than a City player.
Unless I'm misunderstanding the offside rule...

And it wasn't offside anyway?!
Just realised he was in front of the goalkeeper, always forget about him counting as one

No added time either.
They should add 30 secs for a goal irrc.
Think it was given as a foul on the keeper, which might be as ridiculous.
