Never in doubt.

Lord Bok? Not me Sir, not me.

Don't think I'll press though.

632k.

A not inconsiderable amount of fortune has helped.

Event 18 - $10K, Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better, Day 4 of 4, 183 entrants

Frankie O'Dell became the first person in WSOP history to win a third bracelet exclusively in Omaha Hi-Lo as he took the $10K event to add to bracelets way back in 2003 and 2007.

This one earned him more than the other two put together, $443,641. The new grandfather deafeated Owais Ahmed heads-up with another former bracelet winner Robert Mizrachi in 3rd.

I watched the whole final, and he was down to 1bet at one point.

Shame he won, though.

Good stuff Tal.  All done in 2 days too.   I have probably planned my trip badly, my tournaments seem to be lengthening in duration.

I chanced it one more time, he has 600,000, which is exactly average. 3,200 entries, 215 left.

2 tables away & still going along nicely is Audley Harrison, & 1 table in the other direction is Sam Razavi, first time I've chatted to him since last year's WSOP. Got a lot of time for Sam.

There's a guy at my table who's spent the entire time sweating exits to secure the next pay jump. "One more to go and we are there" "alright! Another $100"

Same guy just berated a player for taking too long to play a hand.

Some people just like moaning, don't they?

Hit an iceberg. Shove button with A8. Called by A4. Four on the flop. Fortunately, he had less than me.

Down to 215k at 20k/40k with 40k big blind ante.

That would be borderline playable in an O8 comp. In holdem, not so much.

Goggles down, loins girded, spin time.
