$10,000 limit holdem

I raise UTG2 at 2-4k. BB three bets, I four bet, he calls

It's been a fairly steady table (apart from Arieh who is splashing a bit). He has (TT+, AK) I think for sure, given I raised UTG2.

He may still have aces. Some say to never cap aces.

Flop is .  That's great. Given the almost definite read on his range, this is no threat.

He check-calls on this flop and on the turn of

Jack of course not the best card. But the non-raise is great news.  And of course he has Queens twice as often as jacks, once we see a Jack.

River is . He check folds. I think he may have made a good fold of Queens

$10,000 limit holdem

Arieh raises CO at 1,300-2,500, I three bet  on the button

Small blind four bets. I call. This just hasn't happened at the table; I would be amazed if it isn't (TT+, AQ+)

I call flop and fold turn on

$10,000 limit holdem

Raise UTG at 2,500-5000. Three bet UTG1 is not good news

He actually checks behind

Board comes . I lead the turn, and just about lead the river, which may be a mistake.

He has

$10,000 limit Holdem

Raise  CO on Painter big blind. He calls, and calls on

three clubs two hearts.

We check three clubs two hearts

He leads

three clubs two hearts

It's close. The queen goes against a call, as his most likely semi-float on flop queen high. And tough to have a missed straight draw.

I fold, 32k, sliding

$10,000 limit holdem

62k. Above starting stack let's go

There are a few tired looking faces in the limit holdem, but a big cheer just went up on the other side of the room, as a bunch of players qualified through a mega satellite, the night before the Main Event begins. That will make sure you never stop loving the game

61k.

Into level 10, the last hour of the day, but it is indeed the same 3-6k as level 9

$10,000 limit holdem

Nice, I always play a silly one Vs Eli. For the first time, this year, I won one.

Blind on blind, I limp , he checks

I flop an open-ender on . I bet, he calls

Turn is . I bet, he raises.

Hmm, it seems a bit convenient. If he has some one pair of nines for that line, he's more padded out. If not, then, I'm not having it.

I three bet, he calls. If I do end up with 5-high, I bet every river card.

I instead end up with a pair of threes.

.

No need to bet. I check, he checks.

We have a bit of a stall on who's going to show, and I realise I may be good, and I am.

I think the turn three-bet may have swung it, as otherwise I'm checking the river and he's betting Smiley

Well nearly nine hours of that day were bad. But the last one and a bit were better.

Finished with 95,500. 2pm restart tomorrow. 50 left
