M&S are the best imo, although more expensive. My fav is a giant Yorkshire pudding that is filled with either chicken or beef and potatoes, add a bit of veg in and they are a pretty good Sunday lunch.

They also have good deal on 3 for £x, think the pasta dishes are 3 for £7 and they are pretty good quality tbh, I add a bit of Parmesan when heated and job done.

I lost a lot of weight in the last year replacing my standard work lunch of meal deal with double decker from Morrisons with their Fresh Ideas ready meals.

Can highly recommend the pulled beef chilli and rice or the prawn linguine in a chilli tomato sauce.

Charlie Bigham's are expensive, and need to be cooked in the oven, but they are very good. My grandma eats them most days now as she's getting too old to cook. I believe it's Waitrose and Tesco which stock them and they can be up to 50% off on their best before date when they become great value imo.

If you got one nearby, Iceland stock the weight watchers ready meals, which are bigger and better quality than standard ready meals.

When we had building work done and no kitchen, we made a lot of meals with the croc pot. Easy prep and cooking and get to eat fresh food

poor people cant spend £2 each on a ready meal
thats £60 per person each month

but i do like to try some ready meals and loving cooking in my air fryer cook so much stuff in it now a days so much healthier than frying or microwave
so much faster than oven infact best invention since the 52 card deck

Chicken ones have a couple sausages and some stuffing, too.
