8th June - Return from holiday weight : 14st 8lb
Only gained 4lb overall, but certainly lost muscle as not trained whilst away. Sleep was poor whilst away, some of which is deffo poor diet whilst away, felt rough the last couple of days. Did a test today and clear positive for the Rona. Gonna spend the time catching up with Netflix/Youtube Didn't watch tv once whilst away. Back training tomorrow

Back to regular Monday weigh in. Have had COVID since return, so no training. Have also had way too many simple carbs. Feeling much better now so will back into training this week. Have several social things/days out/breaks over the next couple of months. Will socialise and eat out as normal during these, so will likely be a slower descent back towards 14st.

Not trained since I have been back, work absolutely fked me. Affects of 'rona is that I have been feeling very tired and sleeping at different times of the day.

You are doing great VL, having lost well over a stone so far.
When i started back in Jan, weight was 14:3, a couple of days ago was 13:5, at the lowest point was a tad under 13 stone.
Seems to have levelled out at the current level.

After effects of COVID have dragged on longer than expected. They have also got rid of the treadmill in the gym at work, so no runs in my breaks anymore. Couple of training sessions last week, but heat/humidity is ridic atm.

Found a steady point while not particularly working on the diet side atm. Got to the USA in a month, so aim is to get down to 14st by then. Have several social events and a few days away next week, so will see how it goes.

Haven't posted for a while as was getting a bit fed up with being 11st 1/2lb for weeks on end. No I haven't fallen off the wagon in case my reader was wondering but I do bear good news.. This morning I hit the bathroom-scales and saw the magic 11st 0lbs - what joy! Target finally achieved
