Turner sets Grech all in. he has VERY long dwell. He asks Danny, the cardroom manager, if he can enter tonights 100 if he loses!!
LOL, quality.
He calls!
He has 44, Turner has A8, the A drops and Joe, is no more!
Joe is OUT in 11th and takes home 1,500

Interesting side point......

The hand before Micky exited, while Grech was o his dwell, Micky left his seat to ask the cardroom manager why they were not hand for hand. A good question. However, whilst he was away, to add insult to injury, the dealer took his cards.
That HAS to hurt

OK.
As you will be aware, there will now be a break for a while. The finalists will have a buffet, then the grand entrance for the TV cameras etc, also the intros.
I would think it will be in the region of 9:45 - 10:00 before we are off again.
Be assured, we will keep you right up to date with all of the happenings as, and when they happen. I guarentee, you wont find information more up to date anywhere other than the card room itself!

all these Nottingham players on TV, brilliant. first JT storms on now Greg will make an appearance. Did you say this was for the new poker channel coming in march which will replace Game In TV?

Talking of which, I caught a short poker documentary last night on that channel and aswell as interviews with Howard Lederer, Devil Fish, Mad Marty, the Mob and Harry Demitriou there was an excellent appearance by our very own Tikay explaining some strategic differences between Omaha and Hold'em. He came across very thoughtful, deliberate and, it has to be said spoke....very.....slowly....which I told my wife was very unlike him. Nice one Tony

Quote from earlier for you Carlo.....
"The TV Crew are filming material for a NEW Poker News Magazine that will start in March.
As always, you will hear about it first on blondepoker very soon.
Watch this space...."

Nice going this is topl class for us mere mortals.
Was sat with DC at the start and he had a nice pot of me when he hit 4 queens against my full house.
Mind you i had a good time and got my chips back and was rolling along nicely till i decided to go all in with jacks on a 9 high flop and the other chap had kings. Thats poker as they say.
Any way I wish all the players the best as they would have had to play some good poker to get this far.
Keep up the good work with this coverage.
