A couple of interesting hands from RED's and Simon Trumper's table.

Mateyboy to the left of Simon bet 5k on a flop thinking it was 500. He was bluffing and was actually betting into a made hand.

Ouch.

The same Mateyboy managed to double back up tho off Simon with J-4 v 2-4 on a 9-4-4 flop.

Just so you know, the players start with a 10k stack and 25/50 blinds.

uncanny!!!

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Brian Wilson is OUT -

A constant re-raiser went for him once again, raising preflop to 400.  Brian re-raised to 2,400 with  and Mr. Raisy went all-in!  Brian called and found him with  , mere minutes after he took down two other players with AA and QQ.  This guy is apparently on 30,000 so I'll be off to get a picture of the early chip leader.

Micky Wenick is OUT.

After going down to just 1175 chips, he raised 175 preflop with AQ.

Mateyboy raises to 500, Micky calls.

Flop comes Q-9-rag.

Chips go flying in.

Mateyboy holds a set of nines.

Can i please put a £10 bet on mateyboy winning the tournament? He seems to be winning all the big hands at just about every table you seem to be covering - he has to be a cert!!

Here was Brian's comfy choice of footwear for the day.  He's a little disappointed at the moment, but admits that when someone else is being Table Captain it tends to encourage him to take risks early on.  "I folded about four times in a row to his re-raises, then I thought - f - it!"

This man just flopped quad sevens but couldn't get fully paid. Found out that the guy was just bluffing.

For all those who requested Stuart Rutter - here's the man himself.  I was snapping him when David Young remarked how early it was for the young man to have a following online... true, the chips on their table haven't really begun circulating in any exciting way, but they're all cheerful, and that's what matters...
