The short Stack Specialist strikes (SSS).

Micky Wernick moves all-in against Shannon Shorr

A-T v A-K

The A-K stands up.

Everyone claps, Micky starts to leave, but then they realise that Micky still has 800.

Next hand, Micky moves in with 8-4, but is called by K-4.

8 hits!!!

And then the next hand, he fins pocket aces on the big blind. 4 callers, a flop of J-J-8 but the bullets hold up!!!

Micky now on around 25k

Incredible stuff!

I'm so excited...

and I just can't hide it.

Jen and I shall be playing a satellite soon for tomorrow's €1000 event, so I think it's time to clock off. It's been another long day and we're both cream-crackered.

If Lord Wernick wins, we'll let u know as soon as we arrive tomorrow for the Main Event final, which recommences at 3pm.

night nighty folks.

Lord W finished 8th. He was unlucky to find someone with pocket eights whern he pushed with pocket sevens. Even unluckier that the guy called. The blinds and antes were worth a third of the average stack by this time. Still, its his 5th final table of the year and keeps him in the top 10 of the William Hill European rankings.
