Dave raises from the small blind, Ram calls.

Flop = K-Q-Q

both check

Turn = J

Dave bets 2k, Ram smooth calls.

River = blank

Dave bets another 2k, Ram pushes all-in, Dave calls.

Dave Clarke = A-Q

Ram Vaswani = A-T for the straight.

It's great to see Isabelle climbing back up the ladder, even if it takes a while. As long as she survives today, she can go on a hot streak tomorrow to take the chip lead.  Smiley

And I was late arriving, and missed the fact that Jen was playing again. Here's hoping she does herself at least one spot better than last time!  Smiley

Oh, and as for the card patterns, I prefer the classics. I'll go with pattern C. (Yes, the pattern, not the dealer.)

Forget Isabelle, Jen is climbing the ladder much faster.

They've just started the last level of the night - 150-300 with a running ante of 25.

During the break Jen told us about the hand that took her up to 40 something k

She's dealt  on the button and had one mid position limper.

The flop is   

The limper bets 1k, Jen makes it 3k. He calls.

Turn is 

He checks, Jen bets 3k, he calls.

River is

He checks, Jen bets 5k. He calls and shows
