i really suprised at the turnout for this,i was expecting everyone to be there,,,chan, ivey, jon juanda, negranau, even dave ulliot, any reason for these guys not there?Huh??

There was a big event in the US that just finished. US Headsup championship, throw in that they have a $10,000 event almost every week and the idea of travelling all the way to MC becomes less attractive.
thnx m8 i just thought after the last one in monte carlo where ivey dominated ,,,,mind you just thought hes,  quit while hes a head. lol thnq anyways

Matyeboy cubed news now.

Board =

MB#1 checks.

MB#2 bets 300.

MB#3 raises to 1k.

MB#1 folds.

MB#2 raises to 2.2k.

MB#3 moves all-in.

MB#2 calls.

Can u guess the hands? Tough one this.

MB#2 =

MB#3 =

The amatuer dramatics made me laugh.  Cheesy

I think the whole table knew they both had the nuts before they pushed all-in, but both still oohed and aahed before moving their chips. hehe

because it's a European event I guess.

They already have massive tourneys over there, no real need to travel over this way.

That was a 25k buy-in and garnered more publicity.

However, I believe this event has a bigger prize pool.

Well spotted.

I passed on your observation to Big TK and he has now reversed the decision and awarded the pot to MB#3.

Brian Wilson is down to the felt.

All-in preflop with pocket queens.

Unfortunatley, he ran into bullets.

'Let me get lucky just this once,' he begged the poker gods.

Unfortunately, they didn't reply.

v

two hearts three clubs

Immediately after, he stormed out of the room and has yet to return.

He's down to 1,450 and looks pretty pissed off.

Martin Cavanagh just lost a big pot to Ben Grundy.

There were a few limpers and Martin made it 350 with

2 players called one of which was Ben Grundy.

The flop came

Ben and mateyboy checked, Martin bet 1250 Ben called Mateyboy passed.

Turn

Ben checks, Martin bets 1750, Ben calls.

River

Ben now fires out 3000, Martin Calls.

Ben shows  Two Diamonds for the wheel!
