To solve the aesthetic problems that fatigue can bring to the poker player, Nottingham Nick kindly gave Jen a special cream which apparantly gets rid of the bags under your eyes.
But she's had those since we were 9 years old! No cream can fix that

Greg Raymer just lost his HU session with QQ vs KK.

Incidentally, how many places get paid?

Here is a photo from the World Championship of Battleship Poker, which was held at the Atlantis Casino (Bahamas) in January as part of the WPT PokerStars Caribbean Adventure.

Isabelle lost that first round match (pictured here) against reknowned online player SDouble (Josh Schlein), who finished second to Freddy Deeb in the WPT UltimateBet.com Aruba Poker Classic last September. I also played in that historic event, but other than having the distinction of being the first player to play on an Apple PowerBook (using Virtual PC), I only made it as far as the second round before busting myself.

While I'm sad that Isabelle is out of the big tournament, I'm pleased that she has already made it to the second round of the Battleship event in Monte Carlo. Go NoMercy!

Aussi Millions winner and Kill Phil author Lee Nelson is OUT.

Eliminated by Maxfield.

Maxfield limped under the gun with pocket jacks. Nelson moved all-in for around 15k on the button with A-K.

Flop =

The small blind sighed. 9-Q perhaps?  Roll Eyes

Turn =

River =

At least he wasn't knocked out by a Phil, now that would be embarrassing.

HU Battleship update.

First round over - Noah, Isabelle, Bad Girl and Joe Hachem through, Raymer, Erland (Pokergirl) and The Rookie out.

2nd Round - pick of the ties is Noah v BadGirl...

Mad m3 patiently waits for his opponent to make a decision.

Eventually, he calls with 8-8, but huffs when he spots Mad's pocket nines.

Board = 9-7-Q-4-3

Must be on around 18k now.
