Jen, how come you have only posted half as many times as snoopy?

Jen writes more in hers... and they're often better. grr

Plus, she probably does more chip counts than me, which really can take up a lot of time.

Paul Wilkinson is down to the felt after going all-in against Paul Roper's with (he raised, Roper re-raised on the button, he moved in).

Flop:  Two Diamonds
Turn:    (everyone shouting "doesn't make a difference!" as if that makes him feel better)
River:

And the relief from slightly covered Paul Roper was tangible.

Thank u Djinn

Any news on Edgar ( The Norsmen)... ?? please.. Wink

ooh ooh, I do now.

With the pot at 40k, the flop comes

First to act, Edgar moves all-in for 115k.

His opponent thinks for ages before slamming the cards into the muck.

Barry Connolly is pretty much OUT after a big old gamble (250kish pot) with Brendan Ruane...

The flop of three clubs two spades hit Barry's pretty much smack on, but Brendan came along for the ride with the nut flush draw...

You could sense the disappointment when the hit the turn, and the river didn't help.  He sat with his five small 1,000 chips remaining with his head down for a minute.

But he outlasted Alan O'Gorman - who went OUT while I was typing this message.

Which means that Pat O'Callaghan is the Last Longer Qualifier Challenge for a World Series Package WINNER!

And seeing as his prize at the moment if he were eliminated would be €6,000, that's actually upped his winnings substantially.

Great updating as normal.

Any you tell me if they are playing down to the final table tonight then playing it live tomorrow? IM going to be in Dublin for a few days from tomorrow and was thinking of going along to support the remaining blondes. But if its going to start at 9 tomorrow may have to give it a miss as will be in the middle of the pub crawl
