Gregior shoves over the top of a 13.5k raise for 29.8k more against John Marles, but Gregior wasn't Marles ahead. Both in fact had A-Q and chopped the pot.

Two relieved fellows.

Speaking of relieved. The lone German, Herbert Kasbauer, in the field just doubled up with against Andreas Hoivold's . An ace on the flop followed by two queens meant there was no real way back, and the mini-German rail (one guy) went mad.

Gregior has doubled up with 7-7 vs Gary Chatterton's A-K, both caught their cards on the flop but that was bad news for Chatterton, who was drawing dead by the turn. Gregior on almost 100k and soon after putting on the squeeze, reraising a midposition raise getting one player to release which caused a few sighs from some of the other players.

Soon after Guy Johnson raised to 11.2k from late position, Sunny Chattha reraised to 31.6k causing more huffing and puffing and A-Q folding face up. Sunny showed . Points deducted for the show imo.

Forever on the prowl and searching intrepidly for an opportunity to make an extra buck, Neil Channing was last spotted scouring the cardroom offering players "bubble insurance". "Get your £250 ready," said Channing to short-stack William Martin. "You might need it." Not content to ambush just one table, Channing ensured that all players were given what he described as a "once in a lifetime opportunity". "You should take some," Channing claimed as he lurked over the shoulder of Darren Grosvenor. "You're in the shit." Although a few players perked up suddenly and took at least a smidgen of interest (note Alan Vinson and Waseem Shahid), it's looking bleak for Channing's new business in the Bubble industry. "I need eight people," commented Channing. "If I get less, then I have to hope that something unusual happens on the bubble. I like a gamble."

Andreas Hoivold who slipped to about 80k has doubled up after 4-bet shoving K-Q vs Norman Levitt who eventually made the call with A-T. A King on the turn was enough for the Norwegian to get him back into the hunt.

It's traditional for Blonde updates to include norkage, however given that it's Blackpool we shouldn't really expect too much on the norkage front.

BRB..........hold the updates whilst I scan the flicks on redtube.
