i dont think the playoffs should be at wembley

Why shouldnt the playoff final be at Wembley?

We will get 50,000 easily.

You wont get 50k tickets tho, 35k each...

If Donny get to the final surely they won't take up 35K?

When Wednesday won it at Cardiff we had 40k and Hartlepool had just under 20k

Oh i think Donny or Southend could definately get 35k, its amazing how many fans creep out of the woodwork for such games...

30k ish ticket allocation but half the Watford stands were filled with Leeds fans. I know I was one of them Smiley shame Watford could only muster 20,000 people to support them on such a big day.

220-250k applications on depending what site you google. It would be good to get the official figure from Leeds United.

Wow the way you guys are talking it looks to me like Leeds are getting a bye to the final.

Two games to play guys and although Carlisle blew auto promotion with a shit run its all to play for now.

Maybe your good run has now come to an end and its gonna be another year of super leeds in league 2.

Cmon the blues.

Yeah, i dont like it when people do this.

Im one of the most pessimistic people around and ive felt so much dissapointment following Leeds home and away in last few seasons, and no doubt i will again in the next couple of weeks.

I don't think it will be easy to beat Carlisle over two Legs, but the signs are at least encouraging.

You have the best home record in the league over the season, Leeds have the 2nd best home and away record.

But of late you seem to have totally lost the plot when auto promotion was there to be won.

Current form:

3        Leeds        Played 6 won 5 Lost  1
18    Carlisle    Played 6 won 1    Drew 2 Lost 3

Form suggests you should win, but these games are very much "throw form book out" situations. I just remember our PO last year two nil up from away leg, you know what happened next.

it shouldnt be at wembley because better teams than leeds who have played better football wont get a chance to play there ever. I dont buy into this 'big day out' sentiment, i think it shoudl just be at a neutral venue. However since it is just a money spinner no wonder its at wembley.

I guess with this logic you are against any final at Wembley apart from the FA Cup when the top two teams in the premiership are competing against each other. Makes FUKALL sense.

Thats jus stupid tho.

You need the biggest stadia capacity wise in the country for playoff finals and cup finals etc... and thats wembley.
