Just devise yourself a simple eating plan Girgy it's not hard to do mate, I was abs fucking clueless myself and just did a bit of research on the internet. I joined a training forum asked some questions and people helped me out.
I'm naturally a fat greedy pig who would happily be IV fed takeaways until I went Mr Creosote styleeeeee and I still do have days and even weekends where I over indulge and binge on all the shitty sugary carbs that I shouldn't have. When you eat those things you get an insulin spike and it feels good but you're not full for long and you just want more. If you can get to a point where you can control that the rest of it is pretty easy.

1330: ½ Pro 50 Bar and tin Tuna or a Chicken Breast
1630: Turkey/Chicken with some salad leaves (handful nuts)
1900: Banana before workout
2000: Whey Protein 2 scoops
2030: Chicken/Steak/Fish + Sugar Snap/Broccoli/Microwave Mix Vegetables
2230: ½ Pro 50 Bar (Handful of Almonds/Cashews)
0130: Pro Peptide Shake 2 scoops
(Protein shakes all mixed with water)
When I first started dieting that was the diet I followed and it's not actually that hard. You throw in a stir fry sauce or something with your dinner and it's ok. If you like chips buy some sweet potatoes, chop them into wedges (with the skin on as that has the fibre) throw them on a baking tray sprayed with 1cal oil and bake. Come out just like wedges and they're not bad for you either. The snacking is the thing which will do you in and it's my biggest downfall too so I can relate. I'll just have a couple Maltesters.. Oh fuck have i eaten that whole box
The protein shakes and stuff are just to help you get protein in if you're not able to eat sufficiently through the day as are the protein bars. The protein bars are nice though and almost like a chocolate bar so you feel like you're cheating. I've been where you are and also been the one making the same excuses. Even last week I was being a tool and just started eating what I wanted again for a week. It was great fun but in the long term it's not any good because you get caught back in the same rut and will just fail all over again.
As most people have said you have to want to do it, just saying I'll sort this that and the other out won't help you in the slightest. It's just means to putting things off, there will always be obstacles and things which can obstruct you from your goals. The difference is if you really want to attain them then you will work out how to get around them not sit saying 'yeah but'
I said most of this last time you were starting the diet thing up and it's shame you didn't do it then. The more times you start and then give up the harder it gets next time so get on it m8!!!
