My biggest fear about going to a football match is getting beaten up.
Well, not beaten up as such, but seriously injured.
I've only ever been to a football match once but that was as a carer for a disabled person so I was in a sort of protected environment. When I'm out walking and I see a football crowd coming the other way I always alter my route or hide in a fruit shop or something.
It's probably all stupid but I'm a real newbie and I'm out of my comfort zone.
Get us in the raspberry section next season, and I'll come along, too
Done! You and your four old carers.

So while were on the subject, I usually avoid the football results and tape MOTD on Saturday to watch on Sunday morning.
Why no MOTD?

Why no MOTD?
It is international week, so there were no Premier league matches to show.

I'm just re-watching David Attenborough's Conquest of the Skies. It's on demand on Sky.
For those of you that haven't seen it, I implore you to watch it. For those of you that have, watch it again.
Watching on sky Atlantic now. Amazing

Some of the comments are hilarious.

Speaking of tea I've found a new passion for tea making. Seems all of us get into the habit of dunking a typical typhoo or pg tips bag directly into a mug of hot water which is lazy and unsatisfying.
But there seems a lot more to tea drinking than that. I now buy this ancient Chinese herbal tea called Pu'Erh, warm the pot, infuse the leaves, proper brewing time. Think I might even get some ceremonial silk robes and a little hat. That aside the taste is sensational and effects are dynamite with improved energy, boosted immune system and concentration. Thoroughly recommend making the effort. Can't believe I kepy buying pg tips for so many years just cos of the chimps on the advert.

Got to admit liking a bit of herbal tea as well, either peppermint or a hibiscus and berry...

Not tea I know but my favourite drink at the moment is Turmeric latte - also known as golden milk. You can buy it in sachets or make your own. I make my own when I can as I use nut milk but Turmeric & Ginger are rock stars when it comes to antioxidants.
Turmeric and black pepper each have health benefits, due to the compounds curcumin and piperine. As piperine enhances curcumin absorption in the body by up to 2,000%, combining the spices magnifies their effects. Ginger contains very potent anti-inflammatory compounds called gingerols which are believed to aid osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis and it is regarded as an excellent carminative, a substance that promotes the elimination of excessive gas from the digestive system and soothes the intestinal tract.
You can try one in Coffee #1 but make sure you add a small sprinkling of black pepper.

I've read this post 4 times and I'm still not sure it isn't a wind up.

IT'S TEA FFS!
It should be scalding hot, strong, and sweet. END OF.
If you really must add something to it, make it a bacon butty.
