Betfair are paying SIX places on each-way bets at the Scottish Open http://btfr.co/ScottishOpen Golf is our worst sport, unsurprisingly i suppose trying to pick winners of 60-80 runner majors mainly its the open at Royal Liverpol/hoylake next week the market for Royal Aberdeen is as follows http://www.oddschecker.com/golf/scottish-open

If we do that fishing bet, Tighty is delegated to spend all day watching it, so he can report back.

stage 5 of the TdeF tomorrow is a mini paris-roubaix, with 9 cobbled sections and rain forecast it is likely to throw up surprise results, plenty of drama etc can we come up with some left-field thoughts on possible bets for such an unusual stage? after all a sprinters stage is pretty predictable..Kittel is 2/5 to win today's.....

A good family friend hosts some fishomania events. Not sure it it's the main event jobbie or just the qualifiers, his lakes often appear on tight lines as well.
I would pop down for a bacon butty and see what I could find out but I'm still in Vegas doing my nuts!

Ah yes fletcher. The best british minutes played : goal striker of recent years. Or at least that was MONs justification for the spend.
Doesn't play many minutes though.

Cancellara will be a beast on this stage, & likely to be priced at near evens. But should have some decent prices elsewhere. I'll have a closer look later today, & throw out some thoughts.
