To my side is Mr Paul Parker. He has a glass of red cradled in his hand, & is giving forth in true Paul Parker Style. All is well with the world.

100k pot goes to Liam Flood...

On a two hearts flop, Dave Clayton, the other Mr. Big Chip, bet out a stack of yellows (probably 45k) and got a quick flat call from Liam.
Turn:  three diamonds  Check-check.
River:    Now Dave, down to 50k or so, checks, and Mr. Flood bets a multicoloured stack of somewhere in the 40k region.  Dave Clayton passes, while I think I heard Liam mutter something about "An old, old Irish man..."

Latest on Tournament Overall - It seems we're back to square one all of a sudden, in that if the thing isn't over one way or another in an hour and a half, they now tell us there WILL be a third day's play tomorrow starting 6pm.

All that rushing around by Rhow and Tikay.  Ah well, they're getting to sit quietly resting now.

And I know it looks like I am reporting conflicting things with an assured tone, and that's because I am.  Sorry - I refer you to the last line on the tournament information sheet from day One: "We reserve the right to amend our rules and/or the prize/ante structures."  I think that covers stuff like this.

Lol Ironside - I think he may have been talking to himself.  Which, come to think of it, is something Tikay does too - except he says that it's usually his cat he talks at and I should listen with the same quiet attentiveness...

Blinds still 800/1,600 ante 100, and they're playing one more level tonight, which will be 1k/2k ante 100 according to my bit of paper.

How about some nice photos of some tired-looking poker players, to liven up this Saturday night?  I can hear the cheers from here... back in a minute.

********************************* Ten Minute Break  ********************************

And just as Rhow and Tikay managed to round up a cash-game-lurking Neil Channing to do a profile for 425.  Should be amusing.  Going to restrain myself from walking back and forth in the background.
