lol watched it again last night was good
Man Utd had a few good chances in the final flurry but apart from that I thought our midfield won the battle. I was surprised the possesion stats though:
Possession
* Man Utd 46%
* Leeds United 54%
Not many teams can boost that at Old Trafford win or not. Bring on Wycombe on Saturday :~)

Dave,
Do Celtic fans and Man u fans not go hand in hand?
Eh?
You'll find a lot of Liverpool fans have an affinity with Celtic, and vice versa (I guess a lot to do with Dalglish). You don't have to support manure if you're a Celtic fan.
Yip, this.
Liverpool and leeds for me

Simon grayson and alex ferguson are havin a pint in the pub. Grayson gets the first pints in, fergie the next, grayson the next. When they finish them, fergie puts his hand in his pocket and grayson says: whoa, time for u to fuck off pal-its the fourth round

Bye bye Beckford, Leeds fans on the whole will be glad to see the back of him. Shame he didn't see it through with us.

Lee Barnard or Simeon Jackson being touted around as possible replacements.
Thoughts? Any Gillinghm or Southend fans around?

lol yes its always great to lose your best player, best for a few years too.
Do not be mistaken here, this is a huge blow for leeds, he was always going to go tho, surprised no-one scooped him up in the summer

Be in a black n white top by saturday,not too convinced about him though tbh don't think he'll be good enough for the EPL and we don't need him for the championship

I don't think he's a great player, I think hes very good for division 1. The amount of chances he has /converts would be an interesting statistic, I cant remember the amount of times he has hit the post/bar or missed 1v1's this season. We took him from non-league and I just dont see the logic in his thinking? unless he thinks he will go to Newcastle get promoted with them and be their main striker in the EPL?
Watching alot of the Newcastle games on TV this season he wont get half the chances he does here. I really believe he wont be a massive hole if he does leave.
