Couldn't believe they took him off in the play-off final needing a goal, 75% fit or not

aye, read that 1. Not a striker, but heard we're after James McCarthur from Hamilton, don't know much about him though.

Just wikipedia'd him actually, came up with this

Leeds United have reportedly tabled a £1million bid and are favourites to land the talented scotsman.

Hooper from Scunny?  They're having a right sell-off there.

Brag: Met Simon Grayson at Ripon races tonight. He asked me for a tip.

Beat: It lost.

Variance: Simon Grayson thinks I'm a *****.

Happy with those 2 if we get them.

Sharp - decent striker and scored quite a few for Donny last season and will provide competition with Paynter, Becchio.

O Brien - not good enough for prem imo. But will be a solid CB in the Championship with plenty of experience at the back.

Losing your top scorer is going to leave somewhat of a hole in any side but with the quality Leeds have got throighout the side he is replaceable for the rest of this season at least.

I would get someone in on loan for the rest of the season and then go and get Billy Sharp in the summer for the championship campaign.(i'm assuming his loan deal at Doncaster is tied up for rest of this season,if that deal has recall clauses for permanent transfers i'd obv get him now)

As for potential loanees, possibly Patrick Agyemang could be a candidate to get from QPR,he hasn't started many games and with them reportedly in for a loan move for Daniel Cousin he is likely to be pushed further down the pecking order at Loftus Road.

 Wink

Great signing.
