anyone who went, how did Leicester look please?

we were fortunate? we looked up for it?

cheers

You played well, certainly looked up for it.

Was pretty much a 50/50 game from start to finish.

Your fans were good, made it a good atmosphere even tho there were only 16k there.

Good luck in the next round

First half it was all Leeds, Leicester were garbage, N'Guessan the only bright spark and no real attempts on target.

2nd half started and we should have scored immediately, Gradel beat about 4 men then instead of squaring it for a tap in tried to score from a difficult angle and the keeper saved well.

Then the sooner the match went on Leicester started controlling the midfield more and more, i think Andy King came on at half time and changed the game.

The equaliser was deserved and you kept pushing and pushing and could've scored again with Gallagher and King continuing to impress. In the end a draw would have probably been a fair result but can't really argue with you winning given your dominance in midfield/possession in the 2nd half.

Blow up bananas > big tattooed guy with no clothes on top half banging drum for 90 minutes

Sadly we often get both!

Barnsley Away next week, over 6,500 Leeds fans going? will there be more away fans than home? I read on a few leeds forums that to look out for the Barnnnsley hooligans that always like to have a go at the away fans, is this true? not sure I ever heard of thier fans having a bad rep.

Indeed it was fun! Smiley

Bizarre game.  Thought we were rubbish for the first half hour and missing Colace badly in midfield.  Equalising before half-time was crucial.

2nd half was one of those rare (and I mean rare) times when we were fairly clinical going forward.  Hammill played a blinder and O'Connor made a big difference on his debut.

Leeds looked out of sorts for a lot of the game.  Becchio managed to get a hat-trick of elbows to the head without getting booked, which is a fairly impressive achievement!
