good win infront of an empty stadium  Smiley

People like you should turn up then.  Wink

And I know you'll say "I won't put money in Bates' pocket", but I'd still go every week if the club was joint owned by the ghosts of Osama Bin laden and Saddam Hussein.

I don't turn up because of my stance on Bates and it would be hypocritical of me to turn up. Do not blame people for going as long as they don't complain about Bates Smiley

What is the general view of Warnock in the eyes of Leeds supporters?

Seems rather positive, he has got his hands tied somewhat and so it would be rather harsh to judge him when there has been no money to buy anyone. 3-4 Targets simply went to other clubs as we could not afford them (N Maynard for one). The delay in takeover means everyone's on hold.

We had injuries like others but its exposed a small squad and I don't think anyone expect promotion unless something changes before Xmas.

Warnock is tolerated rather then someone to be excited about.

Camel stylee, but what is the general view of Diouf in the eyes of Leeds supporters?

As a footballer, and, separately, for the "niggle effect" he has on others, both players & crowd?

I would think the fact he pisses off other teams and fans is a huge +1 for Leeds fans and I suspect Warnock. Man of the Match yesterday and played well in a fair few games, not bad for someone on one of the teams lower wages.

If he's on on of the lower wages, who is raking in the big money?

Thought all the high wage earners had been sold to Norwich.

We don't have any high earner in comparison to most championship teams. Infact I believe we spend lowest in wages compared to turnover in the country behind Man Utd.

The cap I am told is 12k a week for Leeds and so I assume around 5-6k for Diouf.

I didnt used to like him when at Blackburn/Bolton after the spitting incidents. However since hes came to Leeds, hes done nothing but work hard, loves the fans, and if can get more performances like last night vs Everton from him then il have completely changed my mind.

He is always going to have some banter with opposition fans and players, just as long as he knows where the line is. Looks like Warnock has got Diouf's head in the right frame of mind for this scrap so far...

Big fan of Warnock, always have been and was delighted when he got the job. Just hope this takeover stuff can be sorted and he can be given some £ in transfers and wages to do what he does best.

Warnock is a genius, gets so much out of average players and he lives every kick.

Diouf is one of those players you love when he is on your team and you hate when hes on any other team.

I always used to think of Billy Bremner in those terms, though I guess you were not born when he was doing his thing.

He was in the same mould, in that he got under everyone's skin. Nobody messed him about though. With one exception, that is.
