Keith, the way you write this makes it sound like i committed the ultimate sin. It is completely biased and clearly designed to try and make me look bad. This is what i posted in her feedback.
Her address is; Louise *****, ** ***** *****, *****, Manchester,
Please tell me how this is malicous, nasty and potentially puts her in danger. This sounds like melodrama to me.

Finally, If anyone lives near Eccles, manchester and would like to post a brick through her window shaped letter box pls let me know, i have her address.

Yes MrsLime but the
means i was joking.
Edit, as a result of me putting her address in her feedback, i got a pm from a lady called karen (who got ripped off over the same product) and she said she was going to drive to her house to get her product (i asked her to try and get mine as well). I saw that as a positive thing. Also, if people start turning up at Louise's house demanding their products when she scams them, she will stop doing it.

Which is fair enough. The facility to add polls on other peeps threads means that you can effectively make annoymous flames.
That and Nemesis is just a law onto himself who wants locking up

Not at all.
I just noticed that the facility to do so dissapeared one day, and assumed that was the reason why.
I still maintain summin should be done about you.

Ok Supa…your post accuses me of some things which I’ll try and respond too.
Firstly I have no agenda here, why would I? I don’t know you, you don’t know me.
Secondly, nowhere in the post do I accuse you of lying and nowhere do I question that you never received the goods in question. All my post states is that to a neutral observer she doesn’t look like an Ebay con artist.
My original post is not flaming you and is just trying to point out that this woman may not be the con artist you make her out to be. If you think my tone is bias then I suggest you reread your original post and see how neutral that is. Your original post leaves no room for any doubt of her guilt. Now I accept clearly you didn’t receive the original item but this doesn’t necessarily make her a con artist. She may be but equally she may not, neither of us know the actual truth. All I’ve done is point this out by highlighting some facts from her feedback to allow people to make their own minds up which I’m sure you have no problem with.
Where we appear to differ is about your posting of her address. Clearly you see this as a legitimate tactic to obtain justice whereas I think it could easily lead to potentially nasty situations that this seller may or may not deserve.
Apologies if, to you or anyone else, if that seems melodramatic but I still think it’s unacceptable to post her address especially when linked to your earlier post about bricks through windows. I totally accept that you personally were joking about this and are perfectly capable of knocking on her door and having a reasonable conversation about after shave balm but other people in this day and age may not be so well mannered. Plus what if she doesn’t answer, or answers the door and tells you to **** off, what is yours or more importantly someone elses next move??
I guess we just have to differ on the address thing but, hey, this a forum and we don’t all share the same opinions. But this doesn’t mean I have an agenda about you!
You have concerns about fitting in on the forum but 300+ post would indicate that you’re fitting in alright here!
You shouldn’t worry about peoples opinion of you based on my postings as I’m sure there are greater numbers who will have read my original post and thought that I’m just an old fashioned fuddy duddy who’s overreacting about the address thing.
Anyway, I'm not here to upset or annoy people.......….so I hope we’re sorted now, old differences forgotten and no need at all to mention the war !

I reckon Ebay has the odd glitch where e-mails get lost.
For what it's worth, I think the woman didn't mean to rip you off. Her feedback is like 99% positive and that's hard to fake.
Gotta agree with KeithyB that you fit in just fine here. You make excellent positive contributions to the hand analysis board.
Just be prepared for people to disagree with you now and then. When bricks, windows and home addresses are brought into the equation, things may appear more heated in the context, but really Keithy is a hoopy frood who knows where his towel is and bears you no ill will.

Keith, thankyou for your reply which was of a far better temperament than mine. Thankyou for your reply also tank.
OK. I still firmly believe she is a con artist. I have read all you have to say but 13 out of 1126 feedbacks were negative and contained the same thing (the other 3 complained about other things).
"I have been waiting for my parcel for x weeks now and i haven't received a thing. This seller has also ignored my pm's.'
It seems highly improbable that she doesn't receive the pm's of the people who never got their parcel. When i first pm'd her to ask about the B/T thing she responded within a couple of hours each time. Then when i sent her the money (it was instant HSBC -> HSBC) i sent her a pm telling her i had sent the money. With a couple of hours she sent me a message because i had forgotten to add the postage. OK so i did, i sent it and all was good. Then i asked her where my parcel was, no reply, and again and again. I waited 4 weeks and then i left her negative feedback, then she responded to that by saying i was impatient. That was the first response i had had from her since i paid her.
The people who pm'd told me they have received exactly the same treatment.
When i clicked buy it now the 2nd time, i asked her to send me both and that i would pay for the 2nd one when i received it. She ignored me and opened a dispute console. Why would she do that? I told her again through the dispute console and she ignored it. Ebay were being a total waste of space as per usual and just gave me an unpaid item strike. She could have used that opportunity to right the wrongs and as you (Keith) pointed out, she must not want the negative feedback. It can be mutually withdrawn and she could have bartered for this if she sent the two together, but she just ignored me. She knows you can remove negative feedback because you can see that she has done it before.
Finally, if she is innocent then that means the royal mail loses over 1% of parcels internally. I have never sent a parcel that got lost in my entire life, nor am i aware of anyone who had sent me a parcel that i didn't receive. I have not received parcels when they have been posted from abroad (thanks customs) but never internally. I can not imagine that royal mail would lose 1% of parcels especially when you can take the proof of postage to the post office and they will give you compensation (it says 32 quid on their website). If anyone has ever sent a parcel and it got lost then please speak up. 1% is a lot of parcels. According to the BBC 14.4 million items of mail are lost each year out of the 21 billion sent. That is 0.06% and means statistically she hasn't sent enough parcels for one have gotten lost yet. She has lost 13, I guess she must be the unluckiest person alive.
There is no actual physical proof but all these things do not add up. If she had posted it and it had got lost, why didn't she just say so? Isn't that what most people would do.

Maybe she did send you the item, but not via recorded delivery. So she thought that you were genuinely "trying it on". But in actual fact, some postman swiped it!

If you were genuinely trying it on, you'd have yourself an uphill struggle.
She doesn't usually go for the rugged unshaven types, and by the looks of what she flogs, a drop of Brut ain't going to loosen her knickers either.

Variance?
Or, she gave the items meant for you and the others to someone else to post and they kept them without her knowledge or she saw an opportunity to make a few hundred quid knowing she'd be fine in the eyes of Ebay given her record. I don't trust the site but I know a few people who swear by it so you pays your money.... I prefer buying from a shop so atleast if something goes wrong they're much easier to terrorise.
