The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Mel Judah is OUT
He raised pre-flop from early position with Aces, Mateyboy called in the Big Blind.
Flop = K-5-4
Mel bet 1,000, MB raised to 3,200, Mel moved all-in, MB called.
MB = 5-4
5 on the turn sealed Judah's fate.

Dean Sanders is OUT. He was already all-in when Mateyboys 1 and 2 pushed their chips in on a
board. One matey flipped
. Dean and Matey 2 both mucked so must have already been drawing dead despite the
river.

With half the field still on tea break, the acton has slowed down somewhat, but it's sure to pick up soon as the remaining players appear to be dribbling back into the cardroom.
would that be dribbling a la Ronaldinho or dribbling a la Tikay ?
roland drooling usually equals pint, norkage or burger. Tikay drooling just equals old age

Evening all - great updates!
I saw the picture of Marc Goodwin earlier - I take it that he's still in? It's difficult to know - he was grinning, but does that mean he's in with a stack of chips or out and trying on shoes in the local boutique. If anyone can give me an update I'd be grateful!
You could always check the last two posts on this thresd

His seat is empty and I can't spot him anywhere, so it looks like he's gone I'm afraid, which is a shame as he started so well, eliminating Ben Grundy in the process.

Yes, Marc Goodwin is still in, hovering around the 15k mark.
Looking as dapper as usual.

Two recent finalists just clashed.
Kussik, who finalled in London raised 900 from the button.
Glenne, who won the Barcelona EPT moved all-in for 3,300 more.
Kussik called.
Kussik =
Glenne --
Board =
Glenne Rivers a straight and doubles through.

After doubling up off Grundy, he tried to get an opponent off K-J on a Jack high board with Tens. He failed. Then he lost with Aces which took him down to 5k. The last time I went out his seat was empty.
