Does anyone know any good calming methods? I've taken a few pills but they're not kicking in yet. I found out some horrible stuff today and as a result I can't stop my stomach churning and my heart racing.

Thanks in advance

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Give 'Rescue Remedy' a try available from most health food shops. It comes in a spray or dropper onto your tongue. Always works for me.

Yes I used to use that for exams Ginger, I don't have any at the moment though...and it's quite urgent.

I was thinking more along the lines of breathing techniques or something. I really really need to calm down.

lie down, stare at a small spot on the ceiling until your eyes get tired then let them shut. imagine your feet are really really heavy and sinking down into whatever you are lieing on, once they feel real heavy go up to your ankles and do the same then your lower legs upper legs etc etc. end up with your head, hopefully pretty relaxed by then

It's a bit personal to be honest.

I need a hug but there's no-one around. :-(
