The internet has made me think of myself as relatively normal.

Some of the folk I've seen are proper odd.

Strike Force Centauri?

You must have been fighting the ladies off with a stick.

Back when I wer lad, we had to learn all the words t' Babylon 5, or them hairy Terra nova boys would nick our dinner money.

You were lucky to have dinner money, when I was a wee bairn, we had to be able dress like Cap'n Christopher Pike from t'Original Star Trek Pilot and know all his lines and the mission details of the expedition t' Rigel VII. And if we did that...we'd be allowed a punch int' bracket which counted as our dinner money.

Total Annihilation, what a game.

Oh yes, I loved that, use to go to their site to download the new units for free.

Best RTS of 2006 was Company of Heroes, if your computer can handle it, it's a must.

I say dinner money, were more like wages really.

Had to write angry letters on behalf of all my German penfriends t' BBC. Complaining that some of the hats being worn in latest costume drama had not been invented in the period it was supposed to be set. That were my job see.

We wern't allowed even tap in t' bracket (whatever that is) unless we were wearing our full StarFleet dress uniform with ears and everything.
If caught without our ears on, or t' insignia downside up, they would say OI You softlad, come in the bogs to get royal flushed

We dreamed of having ears. Me Dad once said, "Son, aspire t' have ears and don't expect nowt less." I used to be the original model for testing Wolfenstein 3D, every morning I'd be up 't crack o'dawn where I'd spend every day in a series of mazes being repeatedly shot to death by German soldiers and SS, have m' head bitten off every few hours by guard dogs, and have t' spar with a giant Robotic Hitler who would chaingun me to pieces twice an hour evey day 9 times for two weeks. And then when I got home I were forced to play Myst.

I ain't played Doom in 10 years, but I still remember the cheats.

IDDQD was infinte life

IDKFA gave all the keys and ammo.

10 years of school, University, Work and Poker. 10 years of books, films, TV and ladies bottoms.

How the hell do I still remember IDKFA and IDDQD? I must have played that game a lot.
