I work in a conference centre - we have an office on the edge of their show space. The Country Living Spring Fair is on at the moment.
Cue lots of Middle England's finest wandering around trying to choose which pot pourri they want to dangle from the light cord in their bog.
So in no particular order:
Polka dot painted brooms.
WTF? You are clearing up ribbish with it.. does it need to be cute? No it needs to be out of sight, in a cupboard and brought out when you need to clear up a mess.
I saw one woman walk out with a blue painted stool. It costs 14 quid to get into this thing, and it's in the middle of London - I am betting you are going to be looking a right pillock sitting on the train /bus/coach with a poxy stupid stool. Order online for god's sake. Or buy a cheap stool from your home town and pain it skanky shaker blue.
I can't walk in a straight line without stopping for no good reason at the drop of a hat. Yes the perennial favourite. Mouth agape, dribbling slightly at the prospect of a metal teddybear to grow your next topiary project on, why do you decide (along with your 4 friends) to stop like a bunny caught in headlights in apparent religious rapture at said metal ooojimiwhatsit. I am walking behind you, you berk - it's a thoroughfare.
Are you supposed to be here? Every conference they have at this place, the peoplewho come to it, even as guests or exhibitors, tend to look at anyone who works there like they are invading their space. HELLO! I'll be here next week when you are long gone matey boy!
Cushions for 32 quid!?! Not even nice ones.
The whole building smells like a Laura Ashley wet dream - if I see one more "peasant mix" pot pourri....
They have a free wine tasting upstairs tomorrow - we are going to flash mob it and get pissed. That'll learn em.

People who drive at 40-45 on a perfectly clear stretch of national speed limit road and then carry on at that speed through a 30 zone. That really gets me annoyed.
