The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Ronny Kotecha has donated a few chips to Mad Turk, who subsequently throws his hands aloft in celebration of actually winning a pot.
Kotecha, who incidentally is the chap who won the Broadway's satellite for the Aussie Millions Main event, called a 700 bet from Turk on a
board. Turk then moved all-in for about 3k on the
River, only for Ronny to fold his Q-8 (I took a sneak peak -sry). Turk revealed a Ten.

Hey Snoopy - good job over there with your connection made from cups and string (probably)...
Never apologise for taking a sneaky peek if at all possible at the cards e.g. last hand. It's part of the updaters' prerogative to peer over shoulders. And don't let anyone tell you different. It's just with the broadcasting of the delicious forbidden information - just be certain the player won't know it was you. Or you can run faster than they can.

The Midlanders out there will recognise this face, as it's one that frequents the Broadway and Grosvenor Walsall arenas on a regular basis. It is indeed Chris Gavriel, who you may see hanging around with the likes of Ash 'The Cash' Pervais. He plays a lot more cash, but sometimes finds the odd win at tournament level - no success in a Main Event though from what I understand. Currently struggling here with just 4,575.

This is a face that you might not be familiar with, but it's attached to a name that will. Norway's Henning Granstad is DTD's latest recruit, and he's a pretty nice guy to boot, as you may have gathered from his cracking and insightful replies in the Ask A Pro thread.
Currentyl around average with 16,100.

'Iwan isn't impressed when he's told he's next in the Hand-stapled-to-the-forehead-challenge.'
He has 16.4k at the moment.

Well, I know this guy, but only from his alias on Ladbrokes, which is Greekfish (anyone else know that name?)
This is the first time I've seen him in person, but I've played a few cash hands against him on the Omaha Hi-Lo tables. Quite a loose player and very emotionally charged, but whether this translates into the live scene is yet to be seen.
Anyhow, his real name is Andrew Andreou (if you can believe that) and he's on a rather chunky 21,225.

If you don't know David Lloyd personally, you'll probably know his voice at the very least, because like his fellow Londoner Ian Woodley, he isn't afraid to bellow it out equipped with full Cockney accent.
A familiar presence around Luton way and sometimes the Gutshot Club, David is currently pluggin away with 16,525.

Toothpick chewing Mick McCool has just dented Jim Reid.
Was it just me that got worried when I read this?
