They are just about to resume after a 15-minute break. There are 93 players left. The blinds are now 1,000/2,000 with a 200 running ante. The average stack is 53,000. Our hero has just over half of this on 27,700. Mickley Wernick has now also recovered a bit and is on 40,000.

Go Womble
Go Mickey

good news there mate.

womble isn't happy unless he has around half the average stack before the final, he likes to save his big hands for there. Anything above average and hes in nosebleed territory Wink

Womble is down to 19,000 now. He says he's in a 9-2 phase of the game.

Can't get anywhere near them now as press are now not allowed in between the tables. But from my vantage point in the gallery I have just seen Womble move all in from under the gun. They all passed.

Things seemed to have slowed down a lot. Not lost a player for a good ten minutes. 78 left. But the blinds go up to 1,500/3,000 with a 300 running ante in 5 minutes time, so more carnage should be on the cards soon.

1. When is the soapy bubble?

2. Do you expect womble to slow down just before the money?

There are 75 left, 48 get paid, so we are still a way off the bubble.

I would actually expect Womble to do the opposite and get busy at that point.
