And Alan "bigal" Armitage is also out, another victim of the Monstrous Dave Colclough. Details upcoming from Floppy.

Which means we have our TV table, and we are on the verge of hometime...

So that is everything. Final will start tomorrow at 5pm.

A quick conversation with a well-chuffed Chris 'Scourge of Nottinghamshire' Bruce, he was just happy to make the top 18 considering his chip count at the time but now finds himself on the final table and guaranteed at least £5,700.

That's your lot. Head over to the WPT updates if you can't get enough... Wink

See you tomorrow.

Great updates.  I keep thinking about the hand where I passed kings to colcloughs queens, I could have nearly felted him that hand and now it looks like he's going for a podium finish.  I'd do the same in the same situation though I think.  Wish him luck from me Smiley

Just read the updates from start to finish. What do the players think of the structure? It appears to turn very crapshooty when there are 50 left.

Gl to DC, Greek Jack and Ashby. My money on Ashby to win this, he wont be playing for ladder spots, which will help ALOT.

Dave Colclough -- 874,000

THAT promises a great Final, and a great Update.

Delighted for Tom Sambrook, he does not play many Live Tourneys, but look him up - he has pedigree.

Two Notts Boys in there - Chris Bruce - almost a next-dooor neighbour of Thewy, & Greek Jack, & Barry lives just up the road from Notts in Sheffield.

Nick Slade can win it, Ashby can, anyone can. But DC may just out-think them all.

Big thanks to Floppy & Dana - Dana is really in the swing of these now, lovely word-use, & Floppy is a dab hand anyway. Thank you both.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.
