Runar Runarsson doubles up courtesy of Nichlas Saarisilta: Runar raised to 6,400 (the blinds now 1,200/2,400) on the cutoff, and found Nichlas on the button re-raising a further 10k. Runar shoved when it got back to him (another 17k, it looked like) and got a quicker-than-expected call from Nichlas with his

held up, although a flopped Jack might have increased the tension a little.

My laptop cord (adapter/power thing) is apparently defunct. Despite being plugged in for the last hour, no charging has occurred so I am about to lose the use of my laptop... might be signing out early today to go and see if I can fix it back at the hotel. Plenty of encouragement for Snoopy during the last 50 minutes of play today, please!

Daniel Donnabadien is OUT, spanked by Freddie Deeb. Didn't catch the hand, but the board had T-4-6-2-J, Deeb had Kings and Donnabadien had a face like a smacked bottom.

As we move into the last forty minutes, the action seems to have slowed down a tad with the 30 remaining players all keen to make it through to Day 3 without any major slip-ups.

Dave Colclough is OUT.
Made his move A-6s, but ran into Pocket Kings which promptly made Quads.

he had to make a move - get some chips - no point coming back tomorrow with nothing - played exactly as on his cd.
