Confident for tomorrow?

hopeful?

I would rather like to see Liverpool win this, & get a stab at CL football.

Hopeful rather than confident , have done really well to get to the final imo , had some tough teams to get past.

5 teams in the Champs league next season would be amazing given none of them would be Manure and Chelski.  GL tomorrow night guys.

How different would liverpools odds for the premierships be if they won tomorrow and got in the CL, or if they lose and have no euro matches?

Probably counters each other.  Without cl they can't recruit top class talent but they have a Leicester once a week scheduled all season.  If they make cl they can recruit but have huge schedule potentially.  Probably the two balance each other out and the price will stay the same whatever happens.

What a load of shit.

Players looked tired. Moreno was awful and cost us probably all 3 goals. Need a LB who can defend.

Wouldnt be surprised to see us challenging next year though with no Europe.

Rando Moreno and Coke is a lethal combination.

That game sums up our season , one minute we look like world beaters ,the next we look like a sunday league team.

he deleted this

so klopp now has a pre-season to get them v v fit for the pressing style and a transfer window to change things

then a season with only the league to concentrate on

what positions has he got to focus on?

how many of last night's team are first choice on 1st sept 2016?

Depends on Sakho fallout. We have the lad from Schalke to slot in there with either Lovren or Sakho. Everyone will bang on about LB but I think Gomez/Flanagan can do that job.

I would say from last night's team including subs; Sturridge, Coutinho, Firmino, Milner, Can, Henderson, Clyne, two of Lovren/Matic/Sakho, Gomez/Flanagan and a new keeper. Not sure we actually need that much. Maybe another left back and a centre back - but definitely a new keeper.

What people forget is that next season he will have a fully fit Henderson, a fully fit Can, Gomez, Flanagan, Ings...and not playing more games than anybody else in Europe (it feels like that anyway). Quietly confident about next year.

Sigh. Thanks for reminding me. I'd tried to forget about that!

Suarez and Sterling paid for most, not to mention the tv deal.

Need a mass clear out. Don't even need as big a squad with no European games this year
