Dalglish has a lot of work to do. Clueless in possession on the whole, and some if the players just not good enough.
Not sure the team selection was right either. If Roy had put this side out questions would have been asked. So Kenny must face the same criticism.
For me we need a new back 4 and more. Skrtel Johnson Carra Greek Konchesky GTFO.

Reds 13/8 for top six finish
Sky Bet make Liverpool a 13/8 chance to finish in the top six of the Premier League after their 2-1 defeat to Blackpool.
As Kenny Dalglish led the Reds out in the league for the first time in 20 years it was a similar story for Liverpool as the side sank to their fourth defeat in five league games.
The Reds started brightly thanks to a third minute strike from Fernando Torres but the hosts hit back through Gareth Taylor-Fletcher and
Campbell.
Liverpool slide down to 13th in the Premier League on 25 points and are 6/5 to end the season with more than 53.5 points, while they are 13/2 to win a trophy this season with the Europa League the only realistic silverware on offer to the club.
Dalgish is 5/1 to pick up a Manager of the Month award from now until the end of the season and with a Merseyside derby coming up at the weekend he will be looking for an immediate response from his side.

8/13 to finish outside the top 6 would bet of the year.

Harsh on JC imo. Alongside Agger the defence would be far more sound.
Hope Juve still want Johnson...

Out of Interest Kin What do you see in JC that suggests he still has the ability to play at Premiership Level? I do not watch Liverpool that often but it does appear that he has a detrimental effect on the performance of the team, and has done for some time. Any chance that sentimentality has led to him staying longer then he should?
Also Agger, why does he play so few games each season? In his entire career he seems never to have played half the games his side has had, is it all due to his rumoured personal issues? (which would suggest he had these issues before his time at Liverpool) or is he just injury prone? Can you really build a defence around a player that misses 1 in every 2 games no matter how good they are?
Genuineally interested in your thoughts.

How many games have Agger and Carra played alongside each other this season? Not many at all I'd guess.
We need to have a replacement for Carragher who can control and command the defence as he does. Maybe Wilson will be this man? Without Carra in defence, the back four have looked utterly clueless. Skrtel can make a tackle and clear the ball, but he is positionally clueless a lot of the time and more of a liability than a positive.

Liverpool forward Ryan Babel has admitted a charge of improper conduct in relation to him posting remarks about, and a picture of, referee Howard Webb on Twitter.
The Holland international has requested a personal hearing and that will take place next Monday, January 17.

Improper comments about Babel in that report. They call him a 'forward' and 'International footballer'. Sigh...

Looks like Blackpool are signing Hamill, a youngster who showed a lot of promise at Liverpool before he was released.
Another good Holloway signing imo.

If nothing else, he talks a lot more sense than Hodgson.
