what do you liverpool fans want to happen over the summer for you to improve on a 7th/8th place finish?
For me your team is
almost
as good as anyone in the top 6/7 yet a million points off! Can only see right wing as the weak link (Kuyt is a decent striker/squad player).

Imo, there is plenty of places up for grabs
Pepe
GJ MS
JE
Lucas
Suarez
Going forward these are the only players who I want as definite starters next season, the defence is solid,Agger if he ever could sort out the injuries would help alot, Coates,Kelly,Aurelio as replacements is decent too.
Downing has failed miserably so a LW needs to be signed, ideal world Downing would be decent back up to someone, I'd keep him in the squad.
Right Winger - We dont have one, Hendo bundled out there alot, Kuyt too, square pegs round holes. Kuyt would unfortunately be part of the cull, Hendo stays in the squad IMO
Plenty more needed to be done too, but dont have time to finish this post!

dalgish - what a rude arrogant cock!
i've always liked liverpool but he is doing his best to make me change my mind
This was not to do with the interview questions but the person asking them. He got short shrift from Carra after the Carling Cup final too - was pretty com.

So, Alan Davies, Liverpool fans?
His subtly racist comments about the Jewish Spurs owernership/fansbase didn't seem to get any headlines. Wonders will never cease.

All the back breaking years of carrying the team has caught up with Stevie, he isn't the player he was, I would obviously still have him in the squad, but he's no longer the main man.
Some people are saying we play better without him too, I think tighty posted a link about it.His career is on the wind down so like I said in my original post, looking forward to the future I am looking beyond Stevie....

In terms of transfer activity this summer, will Damien's departure affect plans that are already underway?
We've had a strategy that we have agreed on.
There was some disconnect on the implementation of that.
That strategy is a strong one and it will continue. We need to build a strong system under the first team. We're hard at work identifying transfer targets and we will be better next year.
Wondering what Werner meant? Maybe between Comolli and Dalglish who had us playing great football last season?

Gerrard needs to change his game doesn't he? Drop back into a Xabi Alonso role and go on for a lot longer. Dunno if he has the discipline but would be for the best.

Omg. The teams results are tez but never thought the fans would turn their backs on stevie g. He stayed with the club instead of going to a bigger club and that's the way he gets treated. Pretty sure he gets into any prem team and that would include the top half of em who finish above you.
Edit : utd fans were saying the same sort of things about scholesy.

Some fans have short memories, just go back to the last derby game.
