Edit the wiki says he was the most googled name in Switzerland.

That still is not true, even if it's surname v full name

In 2018, Shaqiri was the most Googled personality in Switzerland.

Long time since anyone posted in this thread on their lol year but i find this statement on the ex stokie's wiki page incredibly hard to beleive.  Do we really think more people worldwide googled him than Federer in 2018?

Surely it has to be Phil Collins!

Gutted.

One of my all time favourites.

Hell of a player.

Saw this.

Great and under-rated player.

RIP Ray.

Very good that, I'd forgotten where his career went after Liverpool but nice to see old footage of him in his pomp.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Johnson_(footballer,_born_1951)

A sad day for Liverpool football club 😥
David Johnson a legend of the club leaves us. Known as 'The Doc' he was the first player to score for Everton and Liverpool in a Merseyside derby.
His talent deserved more than the 8 England caps he got in which he scored 6 goals, and he won 10 major trophies between 1977-1982 including 4 leagues and 3 European cups.
He was unlucky as a lot of his appearances came off the bench as he was in teams that had Dalglish/Keegan, then Dalglish/Rush, but his best season was in 79/80 were he banged in 27 goals, and he scored two goals for England against the then world champions Argentina at Wembley.
