We could do this, "blondes only", on a blonde Bash weekend.......
Good idea. Stick the runners in a minibus, drive them 13 miles away from the casino, then leave them to make their own way back.
Loads fo fat guys in trackies running through Nottingham ..wonder who'll get arrested first

Andrew gets the idea perfectly. I'll drive the Van, & Kev & Flushy get special treatment - I'll take them 20 miles before dropping them off.

That'd be a long half-marathon. We tentatively hoped to have bB5 in Brighton.......
(I assume you are making the DTD connection. We wll have a Bash there - if they'll have us - as soon as they are open, & ready).

If DTD were open in time, & thery'd have us, we'd be there like a shot!
But bB's take a few months of planning, so we need certainty of Venue, thus it's unlikely the next one wil be at DTD. (We were thinking September).

just dont do a lot of bending over!
preferably i am looking to lose a stone and a half to 2 stone before the start of the rugby season anyway so this will be a great help, trouble is marathon training is completely the opposite sort of training i need to do for rugby but so what, i never was the fittest person on the pitch!
I really like the idea of the side bets aswell!! We need to get the wheels moving soon as it takes a lot of preparation plus i also like the idea of a 10k test run in winter aswell somewhere!

If anyone from Glasgow fancies arranging the training. I'm up for it. Ive done a half marathon and loads of 10ks before and the feeling when you cross the wire is like no other. After the run, it only takes one drink to get intoxicated so we could all have a cheap night out after it:)
