(These are called "Browsers").
wheee tikay has learned something in 2009 - this time last year he said he had no want or need for a "browser", iirc
Well you'd think that a new PC or Lappie would have all these things ready-fitted. Ridic.
Not allowed to any more. European Competition rules. Microsoft got sued by people because Windows Internet Explorer (among other programs) was pre-installed on Windows and pretty much uninstallable. In the ruling, Microsoft were ordered not to pre-install programs like IE and Windows Media Player.
Where did you get that from? I have a new PC, Win7 and they are included..!!!

I'll do a screenshot (if someone tells me how) or maybe take a photo of the Desktop, that'll show what was & was not included. It 100% included IE & WMP.

I've just done my first semi-nude scene on TV. I asked for the Set to be cleared first.
Would that be due on TV just before 10pm.

They made a separate edition of windows without media player, it sold about 10 copies.
The browser case has been resolved with a choice of browsers when the PC is first switched on - but that edition won't ship until early next year. I think they (quite sensibly) decided most people would have trouble getting any browser without one installed by default.

Lol!
Can I assume the question is rhetorical?
Moment of the night was against Mo in a DC game. He clearly had no high, & it looked like I had a low. (I did not).
I near-potted it on the end, & Mo stood up, roaring liked a lion, pointing at me....."you, tikay, are bluffing, you are THE WORLD's WORST BLUFFER. I put you all-in".
Not being averse to a gamble, I made the call with my quad threes.
But it was like that all night. I hit everything, & I could sense they were seeing me as a sort of Lionel or somesuch.

An Omaha hand came up, it was 6 card Hi-Low, but effectively high Only.
I flopped the abs cocoanuts on this flop.....
I had no clubs, & no other extensions, it was dangler-city.
Before it got to me it went "all-in" 3 times, & it was my entire stack - about £800 at the time (began with £300) - to Call.
What is the correct play here?

It was nice sharing a table with you yesterday at DTD Tikay. How did you get on sir, and did you finally get the guy who kept pushing 35k just to steal your 2k?

You too Sir, you are a delight to share a Table with.
I managed to cash - just. 227 runners, 27 paid, & I finished 27th, lol!
Huge huge, fun though. Shared several Tables with Thewy, too, & a bunch of other long-time friends. Had a truly lovely day, but I'd been up all night the previous night at Luton in the Cash Game, so I swerved the DTD Cash after I exited (about 11pm) & drove straight down to Heathrow, ready for work today.
Yesterday & the day before were my "Christmas" in a way, Live poker 2 days running! - but I'm well pleased to be back working properly this morning.
PS - I went to the Cash-Desk at DTD to pick up my two-bob in winnings, & an All-England Serial Nipper tapped me on the shoulder! Those boys don't miss a trick.
