My Luck Pendulum in dtd Tourneys continues to swing violently, & after last Sunday's first hand farce in the £200, I did better this week, & lasted an entire Level.

It was just never gonna be my day this time.

Chili was on the table, & Raised it up round the back, & got a caller in early Position, a Chinese lad who I know from my Gala days.

She looked a bit guilty, so, with  three diamonds which, oddly, was my exit hand last week, I gave her & Mr China a spin for 250.

The flop was 9-6-3 Rainbow. We all check, & it's clear Maria is not liking the 2 callers, & she's closed up. OK, I think, I'm gonna take this on the Turn.

But it was the wromg Turn - another 6 - & now I can't bet this until the River. The River came a safe 2, so it's 8-6-3-6-2.

China Checks, I bet 700, Maria looks daggers at me & Passes, but after a considerable dwell which I was not overly keen on, China calls. And shows K-3, outkicking my 9-3. Neat call that, with 3rd Pair, fair play to him.

Then Justin, who was down to - I thought - 250, after an early accident, bet out, & I decided he'd do that with any two, & isolated him by making it 1,000 with A-Q. In fact, he had 750, but it played the same, & he called with his diominated A-J, & out came the Jack.

Do, with 2,000 now (we began with 4k), I was delighted to find K-K, and an early pos Raise from Big Micky Jones, who made it 600, & I shoved. To my surprise, I find a limper lurking, & because he'd limped, Big Micky decided to join the party.

Well, Limper Lurker had A-A, & that was that. Irrespective of my stack at that point, & my earlier stack-reduction exercises, I lose the lot there anyway.

So, off to the calmer waters of the Dealers Choice it was.

The Cash Action at dtd is just amazing - up to 10 Tables at a time - all well-dealt, & mostly great fun. It's soon become the Cash-Table King of the UK - in like 3 weeks - & by the Spring, I fancy there will be even hugerer cash action there.

I mistyped my hand here - it was 7-3, not 9-3. My apologies. Mistype.

Oh, I assumed it was the 2 different boards that was the mistype, not your hand!

lol why do you bet? Your hand has showdown value, any better hand calls. You managed to turn a probable winner into a bluff that will never work!

I was representing the Paired 6. Or an OverPair. It's Un-Call-Able. How else could I expect to win it?

You make me sick with your nonsense comments. You are the thirty eighth person in the last week to say I'm the most transparent bluffer on earth. Monty Burns said it last week. I don't bluff. Ever. (Except sometimes). You hearing me Boy?

I wouldn't call it a bluff, i would call it a moronic value bet.

You can't have an overpair you have already checked 2 streets, likewise for the top pair or the 6. I would call with the 3, its a good bluff catcher.

That I find acceptable, as a description, and a form of apology. In fact, I'm made up. "Moronic Value Bet". How do I change my blonde Sig?

One for the Football Trivia geeks.

Name the player in English Football who has played for SIXTEEN different League Clubs in the English Leagues since the year 2000.

Not a trick question.

Even Tighty's gonna struggle with that.
